Description
The original ‘Mice to Meet You’ is done in Faber Castell graphite and colour pencils on A3 paper and is for sale.
This drawing was inspired by the end of the lockdowns and people coming back together again. Following the war in Ukraine I decided to edit one side of the buttercups to represent the colours of the Ukrainian flag, the Naval Ensign. The colours represent the blue sky and the rich and fertile lands of Ukraine, hopefully a symbol of hope for the future. As is the case with war, it is innocent civilians, families and worst of all children that suffer the most so I have decided to use this artwork as a way to raise some vital funds to help those in need.
