1. Copyright and Introduction:

Sarah Glover (Sarah Gee Fine Art) retains all copyright and image rights to the photographs and images on www.sarahgeefineart.co.uk. You are welcome to view the contents of the Website for personal use, but not for any commercial purposes or re-publication. Nor are you permitted to print or distribute these materials. We welcome the information being shared via social media but please ensure that all credits are given to Sarah Gee Fine Art.

All products are sold for personal use only and not for resale, however if you are a business and would like to sell our products please get in touch for a trade price list – sarahglover23@gmail.com

2. Ordering from Sarah Gee Fine Art:

You are considered to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an automated order acknowledgement, which details the products you have ordered and the payment that was taken at time of order.

An order may be refused when either: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error.

Orders can take 2-5 working days to dispatch and at busy times can take up to 7 working days. In some cases there is a bespoke nature to the products and they may take a little longer to produce. You will be kept up to date if this is the case. Should you require your items by a specific deadline contact me via email sarahglover23@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. In some cases a further postal charge may be incurred. Sarah Gee Fine Art charges a flat rate of £3.00 per order for postage and packaging, this is for 2nd class with Royal Mail. Prices of some products reflect this pricing. If you require first class or any other type of postage then get in touch to arrange.

Privacy Policy

We thank you for visiting our site, contacting us and/or purchasing items from our shop. In compliance with 2018’s GDPR regulations we want to be clear about how we process your information on this site.

Under no circumstances do we share your information with any third parties or store that information on any external system accessible by any third parties.

If you have purchased items from our online shop (or signed up for a workshop) the information you provide at check out is used primarily to process your order, contact you with any queries or send your order to you. You provide an email address and postal address and you have the option to provide a telephone number. All forms of information you provide are kept solely to fulfil your purchase. You will only be contacted outside of receiving your items if there is an issue with your order or we need some information to fulfil it. You are not automatically added to any marketing materials but you will receive automated emails informing you of shipping and a follow up email to check you received your products and are happy with them. We do not store any payment information on this site and all payments are processed via Paypal. (you do not need a PayPal account to check out using this method)

If you have contacted us using the online form your email is submitted so we can reply to your query. You are not automatically added to any marketing communications and aside from responding to your queries you won’t receive any additional communications from us.

Returns Policy

We hope you like your products from us, however if you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and provided the item is undamaged and unused we will issue you with a full refund. Please contact us first before returning the item. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Should by some misfortune your item arrive damaged please get in touch via email and we can arrange either a refund or replacement where applicable. We will require photos of the damage to any packaging and the item in order to place a claim with the courier.

If you wish to cancel an order contact us as soon as possible and if your order hasn’t been fulfilled we shall issue you with a full refund. If your order is already on its way to you, you would need to return the items before any refund would be processed.
